He was responsible for the operations and handover of the Mt Norma project and is the Site Senior Executive and responsible for the metallurgical development work and other aspects of the Definitive Feasibility Study, for the Rocklands Project.




Paul Keran PhotoPaul Keran (71 years) is a chemical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in the resource sector in Australia and internationally, in senior operations management and project development roles in base metals mineral processing, smelting and technology development. He was previously with MIM Holdings as General Manager – Group Metallurgical Development and Metallurgical Works Manager at Mt Isa.

He also completed technical assessment and development of the US $1 billion Alumbrera copper/gold project in Argentina.

He is specialized in professional management and administration and during his career has been involved in a number of major investment projects covering a wide range of areas including finance and energy.

Mr. Liu is a director of Oceanwide International Resources Investment Co., Ltd and is responsible for this company’s investments for overseas projects especially within the finance, energy and resource sectors. He is also currently the Managing Director of Minsheng Investment Management Holdings Co Limited.




Peter Hutchison PhotoMr. Wu (47 years) is an executive director of Natsun Australia Pty Ltd and was nominated as a representative of New Apex Asia Investment Pty Ltd. Mr Wu graduated from Xiamen University in China with the degree of Bachelor of Economics. He has worked in the international trading sector since 1989.

He was involved in export business during his working at either state owned or private mineral company in China, and kept working on import & export of alumina, aluminium, wool and wine when he moved to Australia in 2002. He also has been involved in acquisition of golf resort & farms and related activities from 2008.



Mr Zhu Mu Po (33 years) was educated in Accounting and Finance Department of Macquarie University. He specialised in professional management and investment. During his career, he has been involved in a number of major investment projects within the finance sectors.  

Bill Cash PhotoBruno Bamonte is a Chartered Accountant and has consulted to a number of public listed companies on a range of areas including preparation of prospectuses, assistance to gain listing on Stock Exchanges in Australia and the United Kingdom, corporate governance, and other company secretarial areas.

Mr. Bamonte has since 1999 worked in the Environmental remediation area and in 2000 together with Brian Sheeran co-founded Virotec International Limited (“Virotec”). They were able to transform a struggling mining company into a successful environmental remediation group listed initially on the Australian Stock Exchange and then ultimately on the Alternate Investment Market on the London Stock Exchange.


In December 2004 Virotec floated Hydrodec Group plc (“HYR”) to commercialise the Hydrodec Technology, an oil refining technology that is able to treat transformer oils, destroy any contaminants and regenerate used oil to an as new condition. Virotec was taken over in 2008 by HYR at which time its Technologies were commercially used and provided solutions throughout Australia, USA, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Asia. At the time of the takeover Mr. Bamonte together with other members of Virotec’s management completed a management buyout of some of the assets of Virotec and currently retains an interest in Virotec.


Prior to 1999, Mr. Bamonte was company secretary to a number of Companies listed on ASX including Berela Limited, Macmin NL and Bestway Limited.
